01/08/2001 (Agence Europe) - Jack Quinn, member of the American House of Representatives told the House that "the structural problems in the world steel market have been largely created by the illegal practices for foreign producers (he was especially alluding to Korea) and that the American industry "should not be forced to suffer as a result".
