ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

LEGAL AND GENERAL VENTURES, subsidiary of the British insurance firm LEGAL AND GENERAL, has announced the sale of its majority stake in CGEV - COMPAGNIE GENERALE DES ESPACES VERTS to the Danish group ISS for FF 500 million. With this acquisition, ISS strengthens its presence in the sector and becomes the French leader with a turnover in excess of FF one bn.
