ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

The French computer services company ATOS ORIGIN is to take over KPN DATACENTER for 163 million euro in cash from its parent company, the Dutch operator KPN, for which DATACENTER manages the computer information treatment centres. The operation will generate a turnover of at least 200 million euro from 2002, says ATOS.
