Luxembourg, 26/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - According to Eurostat, the computer and information services balance (C&I services) in the EU recorded a surplus of EUR 2.5 billion in 1999, with EUR 7.5 billion in exports and 5.1 billion in imports.
