12/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - The French weekly L'Expansion published a dossier The cities of happiness, on the "prize winners of the Mercer cabinet" on the cities that have not sacrificed quality of life for economic development. Seven cities are cited: Lyon the seeker, Brussels the colourful, Munich the techno-country, Helsinki the citizen and also Barcelona which plays the high-tech card, Milan that of its financial tradition and the outsider Marseilles.
