11/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - The EU special representative to Macedonia, Francois Leotard, called for the assistance of the European Commission for Democracy through law (Venice Commission) from the Council of Europe. In a letter sent to the President of this Commission, Antonio La Pergola, Mr Leotard calls for the immediate sending to Skopje of a representative, who will participation in the talks over possible amendments to the constitution.
