PPR - PINAULT PRINTEMPS REDOUTE is in "advanced negotiations" with LDCOM in order to sell it its telecommunications subsidiary KERTEL. LDCOM would nonetheless only buy the KERTEL network and not its phone card business. It would thus pay FF 275 million for 75% of KERTEL.
