- Belgium: According to a study by the consultant DUN & BRADSTREET, of all the foreign companies in Belgium, Dutch companies are the most numerous. Followed in order by French, American and German companies. In total, 6,511 foreign companies have a subsidiary in this country of which a little less than a quarter are Dutch (1,711 companies), 1,150 are French and 841 have an American parent company.
