In order to reduce its debt, British operator BT - BRITISH TELECOM has announced the sale of its real estate assets to the TELEREAL holding company, a joint company of the British real estate groups LAND SECURITIES TRILLIUM and WILLIAM PEARS, for the sum of £2.3 billion.
