Spanish NH HOTELES has created a joint venture with the third largest hotel group in Mexico CHARTWELL (KRYSTAL group) in which it will hold 58.75% of the capital. NH will invest 9.4 billion pesetas in this company called NH MEXICO, marking its entry on the Mexican market.
