ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) tourism

After renouncing a first project that met with reticence from European competition authorities, T-ONLINE (access to Internet), subsidiary of DEUTSCHE TELEKOM, announced a new project for the creation of a company, still with C+N and PREUSSAG as partners. This time, however, it will hold a majority with 75.1% of the capital. PREUSSAG and C+N will each hold 12.45% of the new on-line virtual travel agency.
