ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) brewery

The Danish brewery group CARLSBERG BREWERIES has concluded an agreement that increases its shareholding in the Turkish brewery TURK TUBORG, in Turkey, to 50.01%, as opposed to 2.24% earlier. The shares were acquired from YSAR HOLDING for an undisclosed amount.
