ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

The American company KERR-MCGEE plans to acquire the natural gas producer HS RESOURCES for the sum of $1.3 billion, thus increasing its natural gas reserves in the Rocky Mountain (Colorado) region. KERR-MCGEE would disburse $66 for every HS RESOURCES share.
