ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) capital goods

French ALSTOM has sold its CONTRACTING branch (electrical and technical installations, services) to a pool of financier investors grouped around the owner of the ALSTOM energy branch. The price of the transaction is estimated by analysts at between EUR 600 and 700 million.
