ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

The German insurer ALLIANZ and Italian bank UNICREDITO have joined forces to put in a bid for 75% of Croatia's foremost bank, ZAGREBACKA, valued at an estimated 580 million euro. UNICREDITO will take a 60% stake in the capital and ALLIANZ 15%.
