The French insurance broker APRIL GROUP has just taken a 100% stake in LONDON & EUROPE TITLE INSURANCE SERVICE LTD (9.36 million euro turnover in 2000), a British firm specialized in the design and management of property ownership insurance contracts (contracts that guarantee a property transaction against hidden drawbacks or unpredictable flaws in the property).
