PUBLICIS CONSULTANTS (French group PUBLICIS) has taken a 60% stake in ECOCOM, specialized in economic and financial communication, alongside DELOITTE AND TOUCHE CORPORATE FINANCE. The economic and financial communication business of PUBLICIS CONSULTANTS and ECOCOM will be pooled within a new entity called PUBLICIS CONSULTANTS ECOCOM. PUBLICIS CONSULTANTS wants to position itself as France's number one in financial communications with a turnover of over 15 million euro.
