ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) environment

VIVENDI ENVIRONMENT (French group VIVENDI UNIVERSAL) has taken over all the municipal services (water, energy, property and transport) of the German city of Gorlitz. For 55 million euro, VIVENDI ENVIRONMENT has taken 74.9% of the shares in the company responsible for these services.
