The Dutch ING BANK has taken a further 19.74% stake in the Polish bank BSK - BANK SLASKI (net banking product of 138.1 bn zlotys) in which it already had a 54.98% stake, at the end of a call for bids launched on 8 March for the remaining 45% of the capital.. ING acquired some 1.8 million shares at a unit price of 265 zlotys, or a total of some 485 million zlotys.
