The French company KRITSEN, specialized in smoked salmon, recently sold off the Norwegian company AALESUND FISH (EUR 137.20 million in sales with total annual production of 25,000 tonnes of fish), which is very active in the breeding and processing of salmon. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. KRITSEN employs 300 workers and produces a total annual volume of 4,800 tonnes of smoked salmon and generates EUR 51.83 million in sales.
