According to the Spanish daily Expansion, the German tour-operator TUI (PREUSSAG group) is negotiating the purchase of the Spanish group VIAJES MARSANS, one of the main tour operators in Spain. The latter has set at some 150 million euro the minimum price any bidder must start at to begin negotiations.
