08/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - A European Union Troika at ministerial level is to go to Ukraine next week (13 February), Moldova (14 February) and Russia (Moscow and Kaliningrad, 15 February). The ministerial Troika, headed by Council President Anna Lindh, will then, on 20 and 21 February, go to the Caucasus, and visit Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
