ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

In Italy, BANCA INTENSA and FRANCO BERNABE & CO have concluded a "strategic collaboration" agreement by which the bank would take a 3% stake in the provider of integrated services for business development. This stake could climb to 20% in the course of the year.
