The manufacturer of air systems for aircraft and helicopters, LIEBHERR (Swiss group LIEBHERR) is to acquire the industrial assets of its subcontractor GAMBELIN. Specialised in the precision machining of complex mechanical parts for aeronautics, the latter made a turnover of FF 34 million in 199ç with 70 employed. A subsidiary will be created after the transaction called LIEBHERR CAMPSAS. It will group together the GAMBELIN industrial assets and personnel.
