The French group BONDUELLE, specialised in processed vegetables, is to take over control of the Italian company ORTOBELL. The move, for which the financial arrangements have not been disclosed, will allow the French company to become the largest fresh vegetable processing company in Italy. ORTOBELL, the leading company in this sector in Italy with 30% of the market, makes an annual turnover equivalent to FF 300 million.
