Brussels, 15/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The economy in the euro zone and that of Europe of the Fifteen (EU15) slowed down in the third quarter of 2000, according to Eurostat: the level of GDP growth recorded in the zones for the period under consideration was, indeed, 0.7% of GDP, against 0.8% and 0.9%, respectively in the previous quarter.
