ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) advertising

The French HAVAS ADVERTISING, through its network RSCG WORLDWIDE, took a majority stake of a size and value that is undisclosed in the largest Spanish independent advertising group GRUPO LORENTE. The activities of LORENTE will be merged with those of EURO RSCG in Spain, thus giving birth to the sixth largest actor on this market with a cumulated turnover of EUR 260 million.
