ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

The British telecommunications equipment group MARCONI will sell five factories in its "communications" division to the American JABIL CIRCUIT (circuits and electronic assembly equipment) for around USD 390 million. These factories employ a total of 2,900 people.
