08/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved funding over three years for 1.1 million euro for a new project in health care in the region of Cox's Bazar in South-Eastern Bangladesh. This project, to be implemented by the British NGO Concern Universal, aims to complement the geographic cover of the family planning sectoral programme set up by the Bangladeshi government, which covers the regions of Kachupia, Islampur and PM Khali.
