Brussels, 12/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - Gathered since Monday in Brussels to consider and prepare the implementation of the Cotonou agreement and the developments of the multilateral trade system (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.10), the Trade Ministers from the 77 ACP (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) countries should conclude their works this Thursday evening with the adopting of a declaration.
