European Council points out EU is willing to consult all parties on resumption of peace process

Nice, 11/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Council of Nice adopted the following declaration on the Middle East (the theme had been tackled earlier by the Foreign Ministers) (unofficial translation)-:
