9 TELECOM, French subsidiary of TELECOM ITALIA is on the verge of buying MAGEOS an internet service provider controlled by PPR - PINAULT PRINTEMPS REDOUT to the value of 75%. The operation will be mainly undertaken with 9 TELECOM shares and, for a small part, in cash. PPR will enter, at the same time, into the capital of 9 TELCOM.
