Mr Söderman welcome adoption by Commission of internal procedure to examine suspicions of mistreatment of children in crèches

Strasbourg, 22/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Ombudsman, Jacob Söderman noted that the European Commission followed up its recommendation by adopting an internal procedure to examine the suspicions of the mistreatment of children in crèches. The Ombudsman reacted following a complaint by parents going to the "Centre de la Petite Enfance Clovis" in Brussels.
