ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computing

In Denmark NAVISION SOFTWARE announced its merger with the software company DAGAARD. Named NAVISIONDAMGAARD, the new company will have a stock market value of DKK 8.3 billion. It will be 72% controlled by NAVISION and 28% by DAGAARD. Together, the two partners have a turnover of DKK 1.26 billion during the 1999-2000 financial year with 730 employees for NAVISION and 430 for DAGAARD.
