The Latin American portal EL SITIO will merge with IBERIO AMERICAN MEDIA PARTNERS, joint venture between HICKS, MUSE, TATE & FURST and CISNEROS TELEVISION GROUP. The new company will be called CLAXSON INTERACTIVE GROUP.
