ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile equipment

The British engineering group GKN acquired a division from the Japanese NISSAN MOTOR for GBP 56 million. This division specialised in "CVJ" engines (constant velocity joint) recorded an estimated annual turnover of GBP 100 billion. It will become a subsidiary of GKN JAPAN DRIVESHAFT, Japanese subsidiary of GKN.
