ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cosmetics

The Anglo-Dutch group UNILEVER sold its perfume and cosmetics division ELIZABETH ARDEN to the American group FFI FRANGRANCES for USD 225 million. UNILEVER also sold its "Elizabeth Taylor", "White Diamond" and "Passion" perfumes. All the assets sold had a turnover of USD 555 million.
