30/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - the European Association of Researchers into Federalism has adopted a declaration on the IGC and enlargement (the Association's site in Tuebingen: www.uni-tuebingin.de/ezff). The researchers, from thirteen EU Member or associated Sates come down in this declaration for an in-depth reform, greater flexibility and enhanced subsidiarity.
