ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

Britain's ICI - IMPERIAL CHEMICALS INDUSTRIES is to sell three divisions to the private group INEOS, based in Belgium for some £300 million. ICI will sell off its industrial chemicals activities and its silica business pooled within CHLOR-CHMICALS, KLEA and CROSFIELD.
