30/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - Professors Wilhelm Hankel (initial enemy of the European single currency) and Karl-Albrecht Schachtschneider have announced in "Bild am Sonntag" that they intend presenting an appeal before the German constitutional court in view of the abolition of the Euro.
