ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electronics

The American group TYCO INTERNATIONAL will gather under a single legal entity, the activities in France of its subsidiary TYCO ELECTRONICS, specialised on passive electronic components. Simply named TYCO ELECTRONICS FRANCE, it will gather together five companies representing a consolidated turnover of FF 3.2 billion at the end of the financial year on 30 September 2000.
