The French transport company DUBOIS (ABX LOGISTIC group) acquired the regional messengers TESTUD (turnover of EUR 42.68 million in 1999 with 18 agencies) and DELAGNES (turnover of EUR 24.4 million in 1999 with 14 agencies). The company also announced the upcoming acquisition of five other companies in the sector.
