ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aeronautics

SOGERMA (turnover of FF 3.7 billion with 3,600 employees), 100% subsidiary of the European group EADS, will create with the American group NORTHROP GRUMMAN a joint venture. It will by 81% held by SOGERMA and 19% by the American and will be specialised in the maintenance of aircraft cells in the United States.
