ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cement

The German construction material group HEIDELBERGER (turnover of EUR 3.2 billion in the first quarter 2000) will ceded the brick branch of its Swedish subsidiary OPTIRIC to the Austrian group WIENERBERGER for a total of around 510 million Swedish Kroners.
