ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) art of entertainment

The French group VCA - VERRERIE CRISTALLERIE D'ARQUES (annual turnover of around FF 7 billion) will take control of the American MIKASA (annual turnover of around USD 420 million with a network of 167 shop and 4,000 employees) by acquiring in block 85% of the capital for a total of USD 290 million (USD 16.5 per share).
