ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) food processing

The French SLS - SAINT-LOUIS SUCRE concluded an agreement of principal to acquire 95% of the capital of SSC - SLASKS SPOLKA CUKROWA, the sugar holding of Silesie (Poland) regrouping sixteen sugar producers. This complex has an annual production capacity of around 200,000 tonnes. The value of the operation is between FF 800 and 900 million.
