OCTAGON, the marketing and sport leisure division of the American THE INTERPUBLIC GROUP, acquired 35% of CIS - CONSULTANTS IN SPORTS, a Belgian sports marketing agency. Named OCTAGON CIS, the new division will employ 40 people with a turnover of EUR 12.4 million.
