The Finnish group METSÄ-SERLA is in exclusive negotiations to acquire 72% of the capital in ZANDERS (turnover of around EUR 500 million in 1999 with 2,700 employees), a German producer of fine coated paper from the American IP - INTERNATIONAL PAPER.
