The Belgian VPK PACKAGING GROUP (cardboard transport packaging), launched a public tender offering on all the shares in the British RIGID GROUP for GBP 9 million. After the acquisition of RIGID GROUP, VPK will have a turnover of more than BEF 13 billion.
