The Internet site SCOOT.COM (electronic directories) has, with France's VIVENDI, taken full control of its activities in Belgium and the Netherlands by buying the Dutch firm QUOD BONUM, subsidiary of the publishers VNU. The cost of the transaction is 47 million euro. VNU had a 75% stake in SCOOT PAYS-BAS and 50% in SCOOT BELGIQUE.
